What got you started in bodybuilding in the first place and did you have any aspirations of competing when you first started training?: Started training 4 and a half years ago weighing just 56KG. I just loved going to the gym, but never thought about competing. It was reading the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia that got me interested in bodybuilding.
What's your current workout routine?:
Monday – Quads & calves
Tuesday – Chest & shoulders
Thursday – Back & hamstrings
Friday – Triceps & biceps
Body part most liked to train: Chest or back
Favorite exercise: Deadlifts
Favorite off season food: Chips
Favorite pre contest food: Nando’s chicken tenderloins & salad
Do you follow a strict eating plan all year round?: Yes
Do you think supplements play an important role in achieving your goals?: Definitely! Diet is 80% of how you look, and supplements are part of your diet
What are your main supplements off-season and pre-contest?: WPI, glutamine, BCAA’s, creatine, arginine, WMS. Then when dieting I also use l-carnitine, green tea tabs, and a thermogenic
Favorite bodybuilder: Jay Cutler, Kevin Levrone, Phil Heath

2006 Australian Defence Force comp: Novice 1st place
2007 INBA Vic’s: Novice 3rd place

What's your motivation to keep training and competing?: - Be the best I can be - Fear of failure
What other sports have you participated in or interest you?: Aussie rules football and cricket
Do you have any interests outside of the gym?: going to the movies
